Holden has revealed its all-new VF Commodore, giving Americans a preview of the Chevrolet SS Sports Sedan that will be imported from Australia.
Being heralded as the “most technologically-advanced car ever created in Australia” by Holden, the VF Commodore was revealed alongside the Calais V-Series luxury model, which will be the flagship for the new VF range. The Calais V has plenty of technological-firsts for Australia, including Auto Park Assist, Head-up Display and Reverse Traffic Alert.

Unfortunately, the release of the Holden VF Commodore focused more on the vehicle’s technological enhancements and makes no mention of powertrain options and what Americans can expect once the Chevrolet SS becomes official – though expect some serious V8 power.
At the very least, these images give us a good idea of what the new Chevrolet SS will look like, and so far, so good.
